Rest assured, we never mix you with strangers.   When you book a game with us, it is private. You will have the space completely to yourself.

Yes, kids play our escape rooms all the time and they have a blast! But they must be accompanied and actively supervised inside the game by at least one parent or guardian of 18-yrs or older. (For Tesla’s Secret, at least two adults are required.) Anyone under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian sign a release of liability waiver. This waiver is standard for escape rooms and will be provided when you book your game.

No, our rooms are not designed to be scary. There are elements of intrigue, mystery, and adventure, but none of it is scary.

Yes, our rooms are appropriate for both kids and adults. We do not have anything involving horror or gore in our rooms. All of our rooms are adventure-based and family friendly.

Yes, the entrance to our facility and our main game areas for all of our escape rooms are wheelchair accessible, allowing for full participation in the core puzzles and objectives.  Some of our rooms include optional, alternate pathways (crawling or navigating small spaces) designed for a single player to explore while the team works on the main puzzles. These routes are not required for all players to enter or successfully complete the game. We have had many guests in wheelchairs enjoy and beat our games! If you have any specific questions about a room, please don’t hesitate to call us. We are committed to providing a fun and immersive experience for all our guests.

By default, all of our games are challenging. But they are not impossible to beat, because the puzzles and mysteries make logical sense. There are no red herrings or irrationality in our games. With the right amount of team work, attention to detail, creative intuition, and ‘detective’ skills, some people can beat our games without asking for a single clue. That said, you can ask for clues at any time during your game, and you will be given just enough information to get to the next step on your own.

We allow the difficulty settings of our games to be customized upon request. For example, if you are bringing younger children who have never played an escape room, we can make adjustments so that the level of difficulty is more suitable for them. Our goal is not to make people lose, but rather to create an unforgettable, rewarding experience and sense of accomplishment.

Our games typically last about an hour.

All arrival times for games are on a fixed schedule that cannot be altered. If you are late for any reason (even traffic), your game cannot be started, and no refund can be given. You must arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of your game.

Rescheduling a game is possible only if (1) the request is made at least 72 hours prior to the game start time, and (2) the new date and time that you request are still available.

An Escape Room is a real-life adventure game where you and your friends are locked in a room together and you must complete challenges, solve mysteries, and decipher clues to escape within 60 minutes.
