Frequently Asked Questions

What is an escape room?

An Escape Room is a live-action game where you and your friends, work together to solve puzzles, complete challenges, and decipher clues to complete the mission and escape the room. You have 1 hour to complete any of the scenarios.

Will strangers be in the room with us?

No. We value our players and we never mix people from other groups into your experience.  As long as you have two or more in your group, it is considered a private booking and the room is reserved only for your group.

How much does it cost?

Individual rates are $30 per person.

We also are available for private rentals, birthdays, team building, corporate events and more!

Please contact us with special requests and to inquire about group discounts.

Do I have to pay extra if my group is small?

We never burden you with extra fees for having a small group. You can count on the same simple price for all players, regardless of how small or large your group is.

Are children allowed to play?

Yes, as long as there is adequate supervision. Children under 16 are allowed to play only under direct adult supervision inside the room. In case of a group, designation of an adult responsible person is required.

Anyone under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian sign a release of liability waiver. This waiver will be provided when checking in.

Is it safe?

Yes. Players are required to comply with the rules and follow the instructions of the staff members to ensure the enjoyment and safety. All rooms may only be used at your own risk and this service is available upon signing the Waiver and assumption of risk. If you have any health concerns please let the game master know ahead of time.

How many people can fit in a room?

For optimal comfort, we recommend a maximum of six players inside Houdini’s Hideout and Orient Express, and a maximum of eight players inside Bonnie and Clyde’s Great Getaway.

Size tip: pregnant mothers, or guests who exceed 6’4″ or 270 lbs, may not be accommodated in some rooms, and are not advised to play, due to safety requirements and immersive components which involve intricate spaces.

If you would like to add more players than what we recommend for a given room, please contact us and we will try to accommodate you.

When should I arrive?

You must arrive at least 15 minutes before the start of your game. This is to ensure you have enough time to fill out your information and understand the instructions for the room you are about to experience.
